Product Sales Specialist, reporting to the Sales Department Head, will be responsible for supporting the business to drive revenue growth for the company’s product stack As the domain specialist you will be working across the sales team to help them position CipherWave’s products Your product experience and solution design will help sales positions the best customer fit solution for their needs.

• ISP experience
• Proven ability to sell Connectivity, VoiP, Cloud & Security Solutions
• Ability to present solutions and negotiate at all levels technical stakeholders, business owners, and C-suite executives
• Strong commercial insight, including solution costing, deal structuring, and GP awareness
• CRM discipline within any of the major CRM platforms ie Salesforce, Zoho and structured pipeline management
• Understanding of Fibre operators, VoiP and Hosted PBX platforms, Public Cloud platforms ie Microsoft AZURE and Security products ie Mimecast, Sentinel One
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence required
• Experience working with and supporting a sales team as a product specialist

• Matric Grade 12
• 3-5 year minimum sales / product specialist experience (mandatory)
• Basic computer literacy
• Excel
• Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Email, TEAMS)
• Previous commercial experience
• Technical certifications on any products within the ISP industry is a plus

• The role has a product revenue target as a KPI
• The role is commission based and commission is payable on achieving company product target growth over and above the basic salary package
