Call recordings are held for a maximum period of 93 days Customers can download their own recordings, customers can purchase additional storage from Cipherwave, we can automate the recording upload. (labour cost applicable). The customer is responsible for the hardware once delivered and signed for and will be held liable for the full rental amount for devices damaged/lost/stolen during the contract.
