JOB SUMMARY:
Main purpose of position: CipherWave, a Johannesburg based Internet Service Provider who offers professional Services, Connectivity, Cloud, Voice and Security products.

CipherWave is looking for a Head of Enterprise Growth to drive our next chapter of growth This senior role is about winning new enterprise customers today, across connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, and voice.

Responsibilities and duties:
  • Drive growth: Win Nett New (NN) enterprise business in connectivity, cloud, security, and UCaaS/voice
  • Bundle smart: Attach cloud/security services to connectivity deals and integrate voice into enterprise solutions
  • Shape the future: Bring market insights to the CEO, helping identify new product and innovation opportunities
  • Enable the team: Mentor and guide sales colleagues, strengthening pipeline discipline and enterprise deal governance
  • Consistently hit Gross Margin based sales targets
  • Deliver clear insights on where the market is going
Desired skills & experience:
  • Experience in a Sales Leadership Role
  • Excellent analytical skills and Reporting Skills
  • Apply leadership stance in a work context
  • Apply the organisation’s code of conduct in the work environment
  • Conflict and dispute management skills
  • Managing expenditure against a budget
Minimum experience:
  • 15+ years of enterprise B2B sales (12+ years ISP/ICT)
  • Proven success in multi-million Rand, multi-year contracts
  • Strong knowledge of connectivity, cloud, security, and UCaaS/voice
  • Consultative sales style: trusted by C-level decision-makers
  • Track record of mentoring, influencing, and driving sales discipline
Minimum qualification:
  • Business Management Tertiary Qualification is Advantageous for the role
  • Grade 12 or Matric
Additional requirements:
  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own Transport
  • Willing to Travel – This role may from time to time require travel across the various regions within South Africa to support customer opportunities and / or conference attendance
