D’Sa is the CEO of CipherWave and is a highly respected South African technology executive.
He began his career in IT as an in-service technician, before moving to the UUNET commercial ISP.
D’Sa quickly showed his strong work ethic and competence, which ensured he rapidly rose through the ISP’s ranks.
He then moved into sales management at leading companies before joining CipherWave as its CEO in May 2015.
For the next eight years, D’Sa oversaw incredible growth at the company before stepping into a greenfield opportunity through CipherWave Group and, in 2023, went to establish an emerging ISP as CEO, based in Dallas, Texas.
He has now returned to CipherWave to helm its transition into an integrated technology partner for South African businesses.
