Job Title: Customer Retentions – Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:
Main purpose of position:
  • Responsible for the facilitation of the Cancellation Process
  • Implement tactical and strategic plans to support customer renewals/upgrades/downgrades
  • Customer Renewal and Churn Reporting
Responsibilities and duties:
  • Create Reporting showing out of contract customers as well as customers that are 3 months away from renewal
  • Create reporting to track cancellations
  • Phone and Email customers cancelling their services
  • Work closely with Account manager to prevent cancellations
  • Work closely with the product team to identify high churn products

Minimum experience: Minimum of 5 years of Sales and/or Administration experience required within the technology industry
Minimum qualification: Matric
